WHEREAS, the Newark Municipal Council is desirous of supporting the Annual Newark Three Kings Children's Celebration, between 9:00 A.M. and 9:00 P.M. (Event Time - 3:30 P.M. until 7:00 P.M.); and
WHEREAS, the Newark Municipal Council has indicated its support for this wholesome event by supporting the issuance of a Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement by the City of Newark Insurance Fund Commission for the benefit of Essex County College, 303 University Avenue, Newark, New Jersey 07102.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWARK, NEW JERSEY, THAT:
1. The Municipal Council of the City of Newark supports the issuance of a Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement, drawn by the City of Newark Insurance Fund Commission for the benefit of Essex County College, 303 University Avenue, Newark, New Jersey 07102, for any claims arising out of the City of Newark's use of Essex County College Gymnasium on West Market Street, Newark, New Jersey 07102, between 9:00 A.M. and 9:00 P.M. (Event Time - 3:30 P.M. until 7:00 P.M.) for the Annual Newark Three Kings Children's Celebration.
2. That the City Clerk, on behalf of the Newark Municipal Council, shall forward a true copy of the Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement to Essex County College, 303 University Avenue,...
