WHEREAS, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A: 4-19, the Municipal Council of the City of Newark, New Jersey; adopted Resolution 7R1-g dated December 18, 2013, to provide temporary funds for the period of January 1, 2014 through March 31, 2014, 7R1-l dated April 2, 2014 to provide temporary funds for the period of April 1, 2014 through April 30, 2014, Resolution 7R1-i dated May 7, 2014 to provide temporary funds for the period of May 1, 2014, through May 31, 2014, Resolution 7R1-h dated June 5, 2014 to provide funds for the period of June 1, 2014 to June 30, 2014, and Resolution 7R1-l dated July 9, 2014 to provide funds for the period of July 1, 2014 to July 31, 2014 and Resolution 7R1-l (AS) dated August 6, 2014, to provide funds for the period of August 1, 2014 to August 31, 2014 until the adoption of the Operating Budget of the City of Newark, New Jersey; and
WHEREAS, additional appropriations will be required for the Sewer Utility from September 1, 2014 until the adoption of the Operating Budget; and
