WHEREAS, on May 14, 2014, the City of Newark through its Purchasing Director advertised to solicit bids for contractor(s) to provide, Office Supplies, to the Departments of Administration, Division of Partnership and Grants, Child and Family Well-Being, Environmental Health, Finance, Grant Accounting, Economic and Housing Development and Neighborhood and Recreational Services, Recycling, as per the bid proposal attached hereto; and
