WHEREAS, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A: 4-19, the Municipal Council of the City of Newark, New Jersey; adopted Resolution 7R1-g dated December 18, 2013, to provide temporary funds for the period of January 1, 2014 through March 31, 2014, 7R1-l dated April 2, 2014 to provide temporary funds for the period of April 1, 2014 through April 30, 2014, Resolution 7R1-i dated May 7, 2014 to provide temporary funds for the period of May 1, 2014, through May 31, 2014, Resolution 7R1-h dated June 5, 2014, to provide funds for the period of June 1, 2014 to June 30, 2014, Resolution 7R1-l dated July 9, 2014, to provide funds for the period of July 1, 2014 to July 31, 2014, Resolution 7R1-l (AS) dated August 6, 2014, to provide funds for the period of August 1, 2014 to August 31, 2014 ,and Resolution 7R1-d adopted September 17, 2014, to provide funds for the period of September 1, 2014 to September 30, 2014 until the adoption of the Operating Budget of the City of Newark, New Jersey; and
