NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWARK, NEW JERSEY, THAT
For Calendar Year 2015 the following scheduled days shall be considered as paid holidays.
January 1 New Year's Day
January 19 Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.'s Birthday (Observed)
February 12 Lincoln's Birthday
February 16 Washington's Birthday (Observed)
April 3 Good Friday
May 25 Memorial Day (Observed)
July 3 Independence Day
September 7 Labor Day
October 12 Columbus Day (Observed)
November 3 Election Day
November 11 Veteran's Day
