WHEREAS, the Newark Municipal Council is desirous of supporting the North Ward Christmas Gifts Distribution, on Monday, December 22, 2014, between 5:00 P.M. and 8:00 P.M.; and
WHEREAS, the Newark Municipal Council has indicated its support for this wholesome event by supporting the issuance of a Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement by the City of Newark Insurance Fund Commission for the benefit of Immaculate Conception, 372 Woodside Avenue, Newark, New Jersey 07104.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWARK, NEW JERSEY, THAT:
1. The Municipal Council of the City of Newark supports the issuance of a Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement, drawn by the City of Newark Insurance Fund Commission for the benefit of Immaculate Conception, 372 Woodside Avenue, Newark, New Jersey 07104, for any claims arising out of the City of Newark's use of Immaculate Conception, 372 Woodside Avenue, Newark, New Jersey 07104, on Monday, December 22, 2014, between 5:00 P.M. and 8:00 P.M. for the North Ward Christmas Gifts Distribution.
2. That the City Clerk, on behalf of the Newark Municipal Council, shall forward a true copy of the Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement to Immaculate Conception, 372 Woodside Avenue, Newark, New Jersey 07104, for their records.
