A motion requesting that the Administration, Department of Neighborhood and Recreational Services, Division of Code Enforcement, perform a comprehensive investigation on the housing code and living condition violations of the following residential housing owned/managed by the Realty Management Associates, Inc. and Stratford Holdings Properties, Inc.; 25-27 Astor Street, 30 Astor Street, 24-26 Astor Street, 20-22 Astor Street, 2 Stratford place, 18 Stratford Place, 80 Court Street, 40 West Kinney Street and 86 Brunswick Street and forward its report and recommendations to the Municipal Council for consideration by the Governing Body's Tax Abatement Committee.
