WHEREAS, Pursuant to Resolution 7R1-B adopted October 29, 2013, the Municipal Council of the City of Newark authorized the Mayor and/or his designee, the Business Administrator, to enter into and execute an agreement with International Youth Organization, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Sub-recipient"), to provide certain Urban Agriculture/Tree Planting Services, in the amount of $41,939.00, for the period of January 1, 2013, through December 31, 2013 (a copy of said Resolution is attached hereto and made a part hereof); and
