WHEREAS, pursuant to a fair and open process, the Municipal Council adopted Resolution 7R4-b on March 20, 2013, authorizing the Director of the Department of Engineering to execute Contract #03-2012PS Design and Preparation of Bid Documents and Construction Management Services for the Baseball Field Renovations in Hank Aaron Park, Newark, New Jersey, with Consolidated Construction Management Services Corporation, 1670 Route 34 North, Wall, New Jersey 07727, in the amount of $9,700.00; and
WHEREAS, a 'Notice to Proceed' was issued, dated June 10, 2013, specifying the term of the contract from June 10, 2013 until June 9, 2014; and
