WHEREAS, Public Service Enterprise Group Foundation ("PSEG"), in furtherance of its corporate commitment to the communities which it serves granted funds to the City of Newark ("the City") to support "Sustainable Neighborhoods," which seeks to support programs that help to build safe, healthy and sustainable communities by supporting community centers to help strengthen family units; and
