WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 7R3-d adopted on July 1, 2015, the Municipal Council authorized the Deputy Mayor/Director of the Department of Economic and Housing Development, on behalf of the Business Administrator and the City of Newark, to enter into and execute a Sub-recipient Agreement (the "Agreement") with La Casa de Don Pedro (the "Sub-recipient"), for the purpose of providing Public Facilities Development/Rehabilitation services to its facility located at 202-204 1ST Street/Block 1912/Lot 38/Central Ward (Lots 27, 28, 32, 35 merged into Lot 38), in an amount not to exceed Twenty Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($20,000.00); and
WHEREAS, the Sub-Recipient has requested authorization to extend the expiration date of the Agreement from December 31, 2015 to June 30, 2016...
