WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 7R3-f(A.S.) adopted on September 2, 2015, the Municipal Council authorized the Deputy Mayor/Director of the Department of Economic and Housing Development, on behalf of the Business Administrator and the City of Newark, to enter into and execute Sub-recipient Agreement with Comunidad Unida Para Rehabilitacion de Adictos (C.U.R.A.) (the "Sub-recipient"), for the purpose of providing Public Facilities Development/Rehabilitation services to its facility located at 71-73 Lincoln Park, Block 123/Lot 38 (Central Ward), in an amount not to exceed Twelve Thousand Five Hundred Dollars and Zero Cents ($12,500.00); and
