WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 7R3-a adopted on September 4, 2014, the Municipal Council authorized the Deputy Mayor/Director of the Department of Economic and Housing Development on behalf of the Business Administrator and the City of Newark to enter into and execute a Sub-recipient Agreement (the "Agreement") with Comunidad Unida Para Rehabilitacion de Adictos (C.U.R.A.) (the "Sub-recipient"), for the purpose of providing Public Facilities Development/Rehabilitation services to its facility located at 71-73 Lincoln Park, Block 123, Lot 38/Central Ward, in an amount not to exceed Fifty-four Thousand One Hundred Thirty-two Dollars and Zero Cents ($54,132.00); and
