WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 7R3-d, adopted on August 6, 2014, the Municipal Council authorized the Deputy Mayor/Director of the Department of Economic and Housing Development on behalf of the Business Administrator and the City of Newark to enter into and execute a Sub-recipient Agreement with The North Ward Center, Inc.(the "Sub-recipient"), for the purpose of providing Public Facilities Development/Rehabilitation services to its facility located at 341 Roseville Avenue, Newark, New Jersey 07107, also known as Block 1947, Lot 42 (West Ward), in an amount not to exceed Ninety Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($90,000.00); and
