WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 7R3-j (A.S.), adopted on June 17, 2015, the Municipal Council authorized the Deputy Mayor/Director of the Department of Economic and Housing Development, on behalf of the Business Administrator and the City of Newark, to enter into and execute a Sub-recipient Agreement (the "Agreement") with FOCUS Hispanic Center for Community Development, Inc., (the "Sub-recipient") for the purpose of providing Public Facilities Development/Rehabilitation services to its facility located at 441-443 Broad Street, Newark, New Jersey 07102/Block 31/Lot 4(Central Ward), in an amount not to exceed Twenty Thousand Nine Hundred Dollars and Zero Cents ($20,900.00); and
