WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 7R3-a(S), adopted on July 21, 2015, the Municipal Council authorized the Deputy Mayor/Director of the Department of Economic and Housing Development, on behalf of the Business Administrator and the City of Newark, to enter into and execute a Sub-recipient Agreement, (the "Agreement") with the International Youth Organization (the "Sub-recipient"), for the purpose of providing Public Facilities Development/Rehabilitation services to its facility located at 697-703 South 12th Street, Newark, New Jersey 07103,Block 2619/Lot 38/South Ward, in an amount not to exceed Thirty-Three Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($33,000.00); and
WHEREAS, the Sub-recipient has requested authorization to extend the expiration date of the Agreement from December 31, 2015 ...
