WHEREAS, an emergency has arisen in the Special Item of Appropriation in the amount of $323,693.00 bringing total program resources to $4,133,432.00 for WIA Adult, WIA Dislocated Worker, Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), and General Assistance (GA) and no adequate provision has been made in the 2012 Temporary Budget for the aforesaid purpose and N.J.S.A. 40A:4-20 provides for the creation of an emergency appropriation for the purpose abovementioned; and
