A motion requesting that a letter be sent to the Director of the Newark Downtown District suggesting that they assume responsibility of the regular maintenance and cleaning of Jose Marti Park, especially if given the fact that large property owners such as Horizon are paying a surtax to the Downtown District and not to the Ironbound Improvement District.
