WHEREAS, the Emanuel Christian Church Music Festival is an annual event that provides the community the opportunity to come together and enjoy themselves for a fun-filled, wholesome family event; and

WHEREAS, the Newark Municipal Council has indicated its support and co-sponsorship of this year’s annual celebration to be held on Saturday, August 5, 2017, from 12:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M., at 127-33 North 7^th Street, between Orange Street and North 7^th Avenue. 

                     NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWARK, NEW JERSEY, THAT:

1.                     The Municipal Council does hereby support and co-sponsor the Emanuel Christian Church Music Festival to be held at 127-33 North 7^th Street, between Orange Street and North 7^th Avenue on Saturday, August 5, 2017, from 12:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M.
