BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWARK, NEW JERSEY THAT:
1. Charles I. Auffant, of 754 Parker Street, Newark, New Jersey 07102, be and is hereby re-appointed as a Regular Member of the Board of Adjustment of the City of Newark for a term of four years from the date of appointment.

This resolution hereby authorizes the re-appointment of a Member of the Board of Adjustment, Charles I. Auffant, of 754 Parker Street, Newark, New Jersey 07102 for a term of four years from the date of appointment.
