WHEREAS, the Department of Health and Community Wellness provides medical care services pursuant to and consistent with Health Care Program Statutes (Section 330 of Public Health Services Act: 42 U.S.C. Section 254b), Program Regulation (43 CFR part 51 and 42 CFR 56.201) for Community and Migrant Health Centers and Grant Regulations (42 CFR part 74), Affordable Health Care Act (42 U.S.C.A. ? 18001 et. seq.); and
WHEREAS, the United States Department of Health and Human Services/Health Resources and Services Administration has made grant funds available for the provision of said medical care services; and
