This resolution also accepts a gift of the License Facility Rental Fees, a gift valued at $21,500.00.

WHEREAS, the Governing Body of the City of Newark (the "City"), is desirous of holding the 2018 Inauguration/Organization Meeting at the Prudential Hall Theatre, the Victoria Theater, the Parsonnet Room, Green Room and the Jacqua Lounge located in the New Jersey Performing Arts Center Corporation (the "Licensed Facility"), on Sunday, July 1, 2018; and
WHEREAS, the City must enter into a Short Term License Agreement, dated June 4, 2018, for the use of the Licensed Facility at the New Jersey Performing Arts Center for an estimated amount of $49,500.00, (Forty-Nine Thousand Five Hundred Dollars and Zero Cents) representing ancillary service fees, which the City needs to pay to New Jersey Performing Arts Center; and
