WHEREAS, the Newark Municipal Council is desirous of supporting the 7th Annual Ironbound Walk for the Cure at East Side High School (lobby), 238 Van Buren Street, Newark, New Jersey 07105, on Sunday, October 7, 2018, from 10:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M. (Includes Set-up time at 9:00 A.M. and Breakdown ending at 1:30 P.M.); and
WHEREAS, the Newark Municipal Council has indicated its' support for this wholesome event, by supporting the issuance of a Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement, by the City of Newark Insurance Fund Commission, for the benefit of Newark Public Schools, 765 Broad Street, Newark, New Jersey 07102.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWARK, NEW JERSEY, THAT:
1. The Municipal Council of the City of Newark supports the issuance of a Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement, drawn by the City of Newark Insurance Fund Commission, for the benefit of Newark Public Schools, 765 Broad Street, Newark, New Jersey 07102, for any claims arising out of the City of Newark's use of East Side High School (lobby), 238 Van Buren Street, Newark, New Jersey 07105 for the 7th Annual Ironbound Walk for the Cure, on Sunday, October 7, 2018, from 10:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M. (Includes Set-up time at 9:00 A.M....
