WHEREAS, the Municipal Council established and adopted the 2019 Annual Municipal Calendar of Pre-Meetings, Special Conferences and Regular Meeting Dates as 7R9-a adopted on December 5, 2018; and
WHEREAS, the Municipal Council wishes to amend the time of the Pre-Meeting of May 14, 2019 from 10:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. to accommodate pertinent City business.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWARK, NEW JERSEY, THAT:
1. The City Clerk is authorized to forward any changes made to the established 2019 Annual Municipal Calendar of Pre-Meetings, Special Conferences and Regular Meeting Dates, Resolution 7R9-a adopted on December 5, 2018 to the Star Ledger and Jersey Journal, together with posting in the public place of City Hall.
2. The Municipal Council supports the change of the Tuesday, May 14, 2019 Pre-Meeting time from 10:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M.

This resolution establishes the change to the 2019 schedule for public meetings of the Newark Municipal Council for the Pre-Meeting of Tuesday, May 14, 2019 from 10:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M.
