WHEREAS, the Newark Municipal Council is desirous of supporting the Senior Father's and Mother's Day Festivities Brunch/Lunch at (1) Essex Plaza Senior Building, (2) James C. White, (3) Seth Boyden, and (4) Senior Housing on Monday, June 17, 2019 and Tuesday, June 18, 2019 from 11:00 A.M. until 4:00 P.M.; and
WHEREAS, the Newark Municipal Council has indicated its support for this community event by supporting issuance of a Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement by the City of Newark Insurance Fund Commission, for the benefit of the Newark Housing Authority.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWARK, NEW JERSEY, THAT:
1. The Municipal Council of the City of Newark supports the issuance of a Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement, drawn by the City of Newark Insurance Fund Commission, for the benefit of the Newark Housing Authority, 500 Broad Street, Newark, New Jersey 07102, for any claims arising out of the City of Newark's use of senior buildings (community rooms) located at: (1) Essex Plaza Senior Building, 1060 Broad Street, N...
