Original Resolution 7R9-b adopted on June 6, 2019 for a contract amount of $150,000.00 to provide psychological services, including evaluations for fitness for duty, pre-employment examinations, re-evaluations, recruit screening, post-critical incident interventions, related testing, medical consultations and expert testimony for the Department of Public Safety, Divisions of Police and Fire.
The original contract declared that Pre-Employment Evaluations and Full-Time Recruit Screening as $375.00 per exam.
The First Amendment will correct the contract regarding the price of Pre-Employment Evaluations and Full-Time Recruit Screening to $500.00 per exam and the spelling of Dr. Jemour Maddux's name on the contract signature page.
