WHEREAS, the Municipal Council is desirous of supporting the Children's Christmas Light Parade and Celebration at Flamboyan Manor (outside/inside), 147 Verona Avenue, Newark, New Jersey 07104, from 4:30 P.M. until 5:30 P.M. and The North Ward Center, 346 Mt. Prospect Avenue, Newark, New Jersey 07104, from 6:30 P.M. until 8:00 P.M., on Friday, December 6, 2019; and
WHEREAS, the Municipal Council has indicated its support for this wholesome event that will benefit Newark residents, by supporting the issuance of a Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement, by the City of Newark Insurance Fund Commission, for the benefit of Flamboyan Manor, 147 Verona Avenue, Newark, New Jersey 07104 and The North Ward Center, 346 Mt. Prospect Avenue, Newark, New Jersey 07104.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWARK, NEW JERSEY, THAT:
1. The Municipal Council of the City of Newark supports the issuance of a Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement, drawn by the City of Newark Insurance Fund Commission, for the benefit of Flamboyan Manor (outside/inside), 147 Verona Avenue, Newark, New Jersey 07104, from 4:30 P.M. until 5:30 P.M and The North Ward Center, 346 Mt. Prospect Avenue, Newark, New Jersey 07104, from 6:30 P.M....
