WHEREAS, the Municipal Council is desirous of supporting the North Ward Dinner and Toy Giveaway at Immaculate Conception, 372 Woodside Avenue, Newark, New Jersey 07104, from 5:30 P.M. until 8:30 P.M., on Thursday, December 19, 2019; and
WHEREAS, the Municipal Council has indicated its support for this wholesome event that will benefit Newark residents, by supporting the issuance of a Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement, by the City of Newark Insurance Fund Commission, for the benefit of Immaculate Conception, 372 Woodside Avenue, Newark, New Jersey 07104.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWARK, NEW JERSEY, THAT:
1. The Municipal Council of the City of Newark supports the issuance of a Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement, drawn by the City of Newark Insurance Fund Commission, for the benefit of Immaculate Conception, 372 Woodside Avenue, Newark, New Jersey 07104, from 5:30 P.M. until 8:30 P.M., for the North Ward Dinner and Toy Giveaway, on Thursday, December 19, 2019.
2. The City Clerk, on behalf of the Municipal Council, shall forward a true copy of the Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement to Immaculate Conception, 372 Woodside Avenue, Newark, New Jersey 07104 for their records.
3. A copy of the executed Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement, drawn by the City of Newark Insurance Fund Commission...
