WHEREAS, the City of Newark (the "City") requires professional engineering services for Assessment of Existing Process and Instrumentation Control Systems at the Pequannock Water Treatment Plant, Water Treatment Facilities and Pump Stations and a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) was issued on October 22, 2019; and
WHEREAS, four (4) proposals were received by the City on November 6, 2019 pursuant to the RFQ and a Qualification Statement received from Engineered Solutions Corporation, 8 Bystate Plaza, #257, Old Tappan, New Jersey 07675, for this work for the amount not to exceed $134,832.50, was found to be in the best interest of the City to accept; and
