NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWARK, NEW JERSEY, THAT:
Section 1. The City Clerk is hereby authorized to forward to the Star Ledger and Jersey Journal, together with posting in the public place of City Hall, a list of the pre-meetings, regular meetings and special/conference meetings of the Newark Municipal Council for the Calendar Year 2021, together with dates, times and place of said meetings and conferences.

The remainder of 2021 Municipal Council Meetings will be determined and issued by the Office of the City Clerk on behalf of the Municipal Council.
Section 3. If changes are made within the proposed schedule, the City Clerk is hereby authorized to post and circulate said changes in the same manner as disseminated in Section 1.
STATEMENT
This resolution establishes the schedule for all public meetings of the Newark Municipal Council for first half of the Year 2021.
