Additional Information:
The Original Resolution awarded a contract for a total amount not to exceed $97,234.37 for a period of May 1, 2020 through April 30, 2021.
This First Amendment changes the scope of work and increases the contract amount by $12,400.00 for a new total contract amount not to exceed $109,634.37.

WHEREAS, on July 22, 2020 the Municipal Council adopted Resolution 7R8-a awarding a contract to Granicus, LLC in an amount not to exceed $97,234.37 for a period of May 1, 2020 through April 30, 2021; and
WHEREAS, the City Clerk, on behalf of the City of Newark and Granicus entered into an Agreement effective May 1, 2020 (the "Agreement"); and
WHEREAS, in addition to the existing agreement, the Office of the City Clerk wishes to add certain products and services as detailed in Q-100260, which is attached as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference; in order to facilitate the processing and certification of legislation without manual signatures in accordance with State requirements; and
