3% increase on previous year's base salary; no salary increases in 2009; those in title of "Clinic Nurse" to receive a $5,000 cost of living increase in 2008. Parties have agreed to "re-open" this collective bargaining agreement in the years 2010 and 2011 on the issue of compensation.
