WHEREAS, the Municipal Council adopted Resolution 7R8-a on December 15, 2021 establishing the Pre-Meetings, Regular Meetings, Special Meetings, and Conference Dates for 2022; and
WHEREAS, the Pre-Meetings, Regular Meetings, Special Meetings, and Conference Dates for the months of January and February are amended and established as Virtual Meetings; and further changing the time of the second Regular Meeting of each month to 12:30 P.M.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWARK, NEW JERSEY, THAT:
Section 1. The City Clerk is hereby authorized to forward to the Star Ledger and Jersey Journal, together with posting in the public place of City Hall, a list of the pre-meetings, regular meetings and special/conference meetings of the Newark Municipal Council for the Calendar Year 2022, together with dates, times and place of said meetings and conferences.
Section 2. The Pre-Meetings, Regular Meetings, Special Meetings, and Conference Dates for the months of January and February are hereby amended and established as Virtual Meetings and changing the time of the second Regular Meeting of each month to 12:30 P.M.
