WHEREAS, Learning Runway, Inc.,1727 Massachusetts Avenue, N.W., Suite 404, Washington, D.C. 20036, a 501(c)(3) Educational Non-profit established in 2018, helps students and workers in rural and other underserved areas learn new digital skills through flying unmanned aviation systems (i.e. drone technology); and

WHEREAS, Learning Runway ("LR") wishes to provide the City of Newark, Department of Recreation, Cultural Affairs and Senior Services (collectively, "the Parties") with the gift of a two (2) week afterschool program, for students ages, 13 and older, to learn to build and pilot drones (hereinafter the "Afterschool Gift Drone Program"); and

WHEREAS, the Department of Recreation, Cultural Affairs and Senior Services (the "Department") shall establish a plan and process for the selection of students to participate in the Afterschool Gift Drone Program, as well as provide any necessary waiver and parental consent documents; and
