WHEREAS, the Municipal Council is desirous of supporting the Police Exam Preparation at Park Elementary School (Cafeteria), 120 Manchester Place, Newark, New Jersey 07104, on Monday, May 23, 2022, from 6:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M.; and
WHEREAS, the Municipal Council has indicated its support for this program that will benefit Newark residents, by supporting the issuance of a Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement, by the City of Newark, Insurance Fund Commission, for the benefit of Newark Public Schools, 765 Broad Street, Newark, New Jersey 07102.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWARK, NEW JERSEY, THAT:
1. The Municipal Council supports the issuance of a Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement, drawn by the City of Newark, Insurance Fund Commission, for the benefit of Newark Public Schools, for the use of Park Elementary School (Cafeteria), 120 Manchester Place, Newark, New Jersey 07104, for the Police Exam Preparation, to be held on Monday, May 23, 2022, from 6:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M.
2. The City Clerk, on behalf of the Newark Municipal Council, shall forward a true copy of the Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement to Newark Public Schools, 765 Broad Street, Newark, New Jersey 07102, for their records.
