Change Order #1 will increase the contract amount by $750,000.00 for a new contract amount not to exceed $3,268,000.00.

WHEREAS, Resolution 7R12-c adopted on November 18, 2020 authorized the award of Contract 06-WS2020 Pequannock Sludge Lagoon Remediation to, Spectraserv Inc., 75 Jacobus Avenue, Kearny, New Jersey 07032 ("Spectraserv"), in the amount of $2,518,000.00, in accordance with the Local Public Contracts Law, N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et seq.; and
WHEREAS, during the course of this project it has been determined that the amount remaining on the existing contract is insufficient to allow for continued sludge removal from the Lagoon for the remaining time and duration of the contract.
