WHEREAS, the Department Labor and Workforce Development WIOA Data Reporting and Analysis grant through the Newark Workforce Development Board (NWDB), for Program Year 2022 (July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023) to allow each local workforce board access to workforce activity and performance data that will assist with real-time program management and continuous quality improvement; and
WHEREAS, the Program Year 2022 funds must be fully obligated by June 30, 2023 and they must be fully expended by June 30, 2023; and
WHEREAS, funds will be allocated as follows:
