The Transportation Planning Program cost will be provided in the grant amount of $134,208.75 with Federal Funding in the amount of $95,367.00; STP Supplemental Support Funding in the amount of $15,000.00; and a Local In-Kind Match of $23,841.75 to be provided by the City's Department of Engineering, Division of Traffic and Signals.

WHEREAS, the North Jersey Transportation Planning Authority, Inc. (NJTPA), One Newark Center, 17th Floor, Newark, New Jersey 07102, provides grant funds for various transportation related projects from the FY2023 Unified Planning Work Program for the Subregional Transportation Planning (STP) and Subregional Studies Program(s) to support transportation planning work that identifies and addresses regional-level transportation needs for local communities located within their planning area; and
