WHEREAS, the Municipal Council is desirous of supporting a Women's Meeting at the Monsignor William Linder Plaza, 233 West Market Street, Newark, New Jersey 07103, to be held on Friday, March 3, 2023, from 5:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M.; and
WHEREAS, the Municipal Council has indicated its support for this wholesome event by supporting the issuance of a Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement by the City of Newark Insurance Fund Commission, for the benefit of Monsignor William Linder Plaza, 233 West Market Street, Newark, New Jersey 07103.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWARK, NEW JERSEY, THAT:
1. The Municipal Council supports the issuance of a Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement, drawn by the City of Newark Insurance Fund Commission, for the benefit of the Monsignor William Linder Plaza, 233 West Market Street, Newark, New Jersey 07103, for any claims arising out of the City of Newark's use of Monsignor William Linder Plaza, 233 West Market Street, Newark, New Jersey 07103, for a Women's Meeting, to be held on Friday, March 3, 2023, from 5:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M.
