This Resolution will rescind the contract due to Patterson Dental's failure to execute the contract.

WHEREAS, Resolution #7R1-i, adopted on April 6, 2022, by Municipal Council authorized Patterson Dental, 1031 Mendota Heights Road, St. Paul MN 55120 to provide dental equipment and supplies at an amount not to exceed One Hundred Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($100,000.00) for a period not exceed twenty-four (24) consecutive months' pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-15; and
WHEREAS, the Division of Central Purchasing mailed the contracts to Patterson Dental to execute the contract and provide accompanying mandatory documents required at execution; and
WHEREAS, Patterson Dental notified the Division of Central Purchasing stating they would not accept the contract award; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Administration, Division of Central Purchasing wishes to rescind Resolution #7R1-i adopted on April 6, 2022 to contract with Patterson Dental, 1031 Mendota Heights Road, St Paul, MN 55120.
