WHEREAS, the Municipal Council is desirous of supporting the Community Health Fair at the Hope and Esperanza Community Health Center, 788 Mt. Prospect Avenue (held on Montclair Avenue between Woodside and Mt. Prospect Avenue), Newark, New Jersey 07104, on Friday, August 11, 2023, from 12:00 P.M. until 4:00 P.M.; and
WHEREAS, the Municipal Council has indicated its support for this wholesome event by supporting the issuance of a Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement, by the City of Newark Insurance Fund Commission, for the benefit of the Hope and Esperanza Community Health Center, 788 Mt. Prospect Avenue, Newark, New Jersey 07104.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWARK, NEW JERSEY, THAT:
1. The Municipal Council supports the issuance of a Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement, drawn by the City of Newark Insurance Fund Commission, for the benefit of the Hope and Esperanza Community Health Center, 788 Mt. Prospect Avenue, Newark, New Jersey 07104, for any claims arising out of the City of Newark's use of the Hope and Esperanza Community Health Center, 788 Mt. Prospect Avenue (held on Montclair Avenue between Woodside and Mt. Prospect Avenue), Newark, New Jersey 07104, on Friday, August 11, 2023, from 12:00 P.M. un...
