Employee shall receive increases in their base salary based on the following schedule:
In 2009 - entitled to a $700 increase to their 2008 base salary
In 2010 - entitled to a $1,000 increase to their 2009 base salary
In 2011 - entitled to a $1,500 increase to their 2010 base salary
Members shall be entitled to a Clothing Allowance under the following schedule:
2009 - $750
2010 - $800
2011 - $825
