An Ordinance Amending Section 23:5-6, Stopping or Standing at Certain Times, of Title 23, Traffic and Parking of the Revised General Ordinances of the City of Newark, New Jersey, 2000, as amended and supplemented, by prohibiting stopping or standing on portions of Academy Street, Bank Street and Washington Street.
