BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWARK, NEW JERSEY THAT:

1.                     Municipal Council Member At-Large, Luis A. Quintana, is hereby elected as Council President to preside at all meetings of the Municipal Council and perform such other duties as the Council may prescribe; for the term July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2030.
