BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWARK, NEW JERSEY, THAT:
1. Council Member, Dupré L. Kelly be and is hereby appointed to represent the City of Newark as a Member of the Second River Joint Meeting, for a term commencing upon confirmation and ending on June 30, 2027.
