An Ordinance Rescinding the Tax Abatement approval previously granted pursuant to Resolution 7R3-f (as) 050510 and granting a thirty (30) year tax abatement to H.E.L.P. Genesis Clinton Avenue Urban Renewal, L.P., the owner of a residential project located on property identified on the Official Tax Map as Block 3034, Lots 1, 3, 5 and 7, and more commonly known as 634-648 Clinton Avenue, for the period commencing from the date of issuance of the certificate of occupancy and expiring thirty (30) years thereafter.
