Change Order #1 will increase the contract in the amount of $13,541.70 for a total contract amount not to exceed $1,872,541.70.

WHEREAS, Resolution 7R12-a dated February 1, 2017 authorized the award of Contract 06-WS2015(Re-bid), Standby Generator at Wayne Pump Station, to Multi-Phase Electrical Services, Inc., 15 William Street, Closter, New Jersey 07624 ("Vendor"), in the amount of $1,859,000.00, in accordance with the Local Public Contracts Law N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et seq.; and
WHEREAS, during the course of the project, the Vendor encountered various unforeseen conditions, which resulted in necessary changes to the work directives under the contract: additional work in the amount of $43,541.70, and a contract savings of $30,000.00 for unused quantities in the project. These required changes resulted in a net increase of $13,541.70 to complete the project; and
