WHEREAS, the Resolution 7R4-A, adopted April 18, 2012, authorizing the Director of the Department of Engineering to execute Contract No. 03-2011, City-wide Streetscape - Phase I: Mt. Prospect Avenue, Lower Broadway and Bloomfield Avenue, referenced the incorrect contract amount of $4,855,951.04; and
WHEREAS, the bid proposal submitted by the lowest responsible bidder English Paving, Inc., 650 Route 46 West, Clifton, New Jersey 07013, for Contract No. 03-2011, City-wide Streetscape - Phase I: Mt. Prospect Avenue, Lower Broadway and Bloomfield Avenue was $4,712,982.00; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Engineering needs to amend Resolution 7R4-A, adopted April 18, 2012, authorizing the execution of Contract No. 03-2011, City-wide Streetscape - Phase I: Mt. Prospect Avenue, Lower Broadway and Bloomfield Avenue for the correct amount of $4,712,982.00.
