WHEREAS, the Department of Child and Family Well-Being wishes to improve the medical services being delivered to residents within the City of Newark; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Health and Human Services Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), wishes to enable the Department of Child and Family Well-Being to renovate existing clinic space at 110 William Street, Newark, New Jersey 07102, and create a state-of-the-art Newark Dental Practice when the Department of Child and Family Well-Being/Newark Homeless Health Care Program vacates said medical clinic space in December 2012; and
WHEREAS, as a matter of public policy the City of Newark desires to continue providing comprehensive medical care, social services and dental care to Newark’s residents;...
