WHEREAS, the Newark Municipal Council is desirous of supporting Council Member Darrin S. Sharif for the use of the entire Third Floor, including the gymnasium, auditorium, atrium and restroom facilities for the Family Educational and Enhancement Classes to be held at Science Park High School, 260 Norfolk Street, Newark, New Jersey 07103, beginning Saturday, October 6, 2012 and ending Saturday, June 29, 2013, from 10:00 A.M. until 2:00 P.M.; and
WHEREAS, the Newark Municipal Council has indicated its support of Family Educational and Enhancement Classes which will benefit the children, families and residents of the City of Newark.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWARK, NEW JERSEY, THAT:
1. The Municipal Council supports the issuance by City of Newark Insurance Fund Commission of a Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement for the benefit of the Newark Public Schools for any claims arising out of the City of Newark’s use of Science Park High School, 260 Norfolk Street, Newark, New Jersey 07103, on Saturday, October 6, 2012; Saturday, October 13, 2012; Saturday, October 20, 2012; Saturday, October 27, 2012; Saturday, November 3, 2012; Saturday, November 10, 2012; Saturday, November 17, 2012; Saturday, November 24, 2012; Saturday, December 1, 2012; Saturday, December 8, 2012; Saturday, December 15, 201...
